Apply directly to the desired area of the skin, avoiding eyes and other sensitive areas and rub in a circular motion until the product is absorbed.
I love this lotion, when I have trouble relaxing at night I use the lotion on arms, legs and sleep thru the night. Also helps with arthritis discomfort.
My order mistakenly went to my billing address instead of my current address, but once I called the folks at customer service they were very friendly and helpful - saying they would follow up with a phone call later... Only to receive a message that my order was being re-shipped with some extra samples for my wait!
The products arrived super fast and so far, have been lovely; causing no irritation to my skin! (And I have annoyingly sensitive skin/prone to break out skin). Will definitely be reordering from here!

After a bad reconstruction surgery and non weight bearing injury I was having severe foot cramping. This lotion helped immensely on my foot. I will definitely order again.
I find it ironic that you would like a review when you have not responded to an email I sent and a voicemail that I left weeks ago. I did not receive the above mentioned 30% off and neither of the 2 bottles came with a functioning pump. As much as I like your lotion I would definitely not recommend your company due to what is seemingly zero customer service.
